Remote operation
Out-of-band access and DCIM telemetry so you run your fleet without flying out. You operate the hardware; we operate the facility around it.

Colocation is really a bet on power. We own land and have secured power in Texas and North Carolina, and we're building modular, containerized data halls on top of it — so the capacity you colocate into sits on infrastructure we control, not a lease we resell.
We bring space and power online in stages as demand proves in. No stranded capacity, and no claims we can't stand behind.
