Terms of Service

Effective July 20, 2026

The short version: pay-per-second for GPU compute, a payment method on file before you launch, and you keep everything you bring. Idle instances still bill, instance storage is ephemeral, and self-serve plans carry no uptime commitment — terminate what you are not using and keep your own backups.

01Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Starskold Advertisement - FZCO, registered in the United Arab Emirates, which operates Sky Forge Compute. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02The service

Sky Forge provides on-demand GPU compute instances and hosted open-weights models reachable over a private, OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Capacity is sourced and operated by us and our infrastructure partners. We may change, add, or withdraw models, GPU types, regions, and features as availability and demand change.

03Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your password, API keys, and SSH private keys confidential. API keys grant access to your endpoints — treat them as secrets and rotate them if exposed. Tell us promptly at legal@skyforgecompute.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

04Billing and payment

  • A valid payment method is required before you can launch an instance.
  • Compute is billed per second, from the moment an instance becomes ready until it is terminated. An idle instance still bills — terminate what you are not using.
  • Prices are displayed in the console and on our pricing page and may change; changes apply to usage after the change takes effect.
  • Charges are exclusive of taxes, which we add where required. Payment is processed by Stripe under their terms.
  • If a payment fails we may suspend or terminate running instances. Data on a terminated instance is destroyed and cannot be recovered.

Charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate in good faith.

05Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • attack, probe, or disrupt any network or system, including denial-of-service traffic, port scanning, or unauthorised access attempts;
  • send spam, operate botnets or command-and-control infrastructure, or distribute malware;
  • mine cryptocurrency, except where we have agreed to it in writing;
  • generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, content that sexualises minors, or content intended to harass or incite violence against people;
  • resell raw compute as your own infrastructure product without a written agreement with us;
  • circumvent metering, quotas, or billing, or share credentials to evade them.

We may suspend instances or accounts that we reasonably believe breach this section, without notice where the risk is immediate.

06Your content and models

You keep all rights to the data, code, and model weights you bring to the service. We claim no ownership over them and no rights to use them beyond what is needed to operate the service for you. We do not train models on your data or your inference traffic.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you run. Open-weights models carry their own licences — some restrict commercial use, redistribution, or particular applications, and some require you to accept terms with the model provider before access is granted. Complying with those licences is your responsibility, not ours.

You are also responsible for backups. Instance storage is ephemeral: when an instance terminates, for any reason, its contents are gone.

07Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not currently offer a service level agreement or an uptime commitment on self-serve plans. Instances may be interrupted by maintenance, hardware failure, or capacity constraints at our infrastructure partners. If you need contractual availability or reserved capacity, talk to us about an enterprise agreement.

08Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time; terminate your instances first, since running instances continue to bill. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. On termination your right to use the service ends and outstanding charges become due. Sections covering fees, content ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive.

09Export controls and sanctions

GPU compute and AI models are subject to export control and sanctions regimes. You confirm you are not located in, and will not provide access from, a sanctioned jurisdiction, that you are not on a restricted-party list, and that you will not use the service for any prohibited end use, including weapons development or unlawful surveillance.

10Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that model outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your use. Model outputs are generated by machine learning systems and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Starskold Advertisement - FZCO and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, your content and models, or your breach of these Terms.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and we will give account holders reasonable notice by email before a material change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive consumers of protections guaranteed by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

15General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or sale of the business.
